JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: LOGISTICS SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop business for logistics and customs services, focusing on factory clients in industrial zones.
Ability to achieve KPI targets of USD 500 or more after the probation period.
Submit weekly work reports to the team leader.
Develop plans for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Search for potential customers, maintain relationships, and expand value-added services for existing clients.
Advise customers on import–export service packages, transportation & freight forwarding solutions; prepare quotations, negotiate, and sign service contracts.
Proactively carry out sales activities in line with company policies and strengths.
Prepare quotations as requested, draft contracts, balance buying/selling prices, and define service scope for customers.
Provide after-sales support; coordinate with other departments to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions (if any).
Research market demand for logistics services.
Update new regulations related to import–export, taxation, and customs.
Maintain service quality by coordinating with operational departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.

CANDIDATES & JOB REQUIREMENTS

Probation salary: VND 6,000,000 (2-month probation)
- Target: 2× basic salary
- Exceeding target: additional 30% of the exceeded amount
Official salary: VND 7,000,000
- Target: 2× basic salary
- Exceeding target: additional 30%–40% of the exceeded amount
Quarterly target (applicable after official employment):
- 3× quarterly basic salary
- Bonus: 5%–10% of the exceeded amount, depending on performance

Requirements:

Probation salary: VND 5,000,000
Official salary: VND 6,000,000
- Target: 2× basic salary
- Exceeding target: additional 30%–40% of the exceeded amount
Quarterly target (after official employment):
- 3× quarterly basic salary
- Bonus: 5%–10% of the exceeded amount

Requirements:

Less than 1 year of experience in logistics sales
Basic English reading and email writing skills
Familiar with workflows and quotation processes for sea/air import & export shipments

Traineeship: 1 month with allowance for fuel and lunch
On-the-job training in logistics sales with real work exposure
1-on-1 coaching by a team leader
Requirement: must generate at least one shipment to qualify for probation

Requirements:

Graduated or about to graduate from universities majoring in Economics, Foreign Trade, or Logistics
Basic English communication and reading comprehension skills

Company trip once per year

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
